Pyrenees Unearthed

Join the festivities at Pyrenees Unearthed, just an hour away from Florian, and sample some of the region’s award-winning wines.

The event will be held on Saturday 21 April along the banks of the Avoca River between 11am and 5pm.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy the fabulous afternoon filled with local produce, live music and wines by the glass. Free kids’ activities and masterclasses are also available.

The Pyrenees’ reputation for producing great Cabernet Sauvignon has fast spread and on the day you will have the chance to taste, purchase and vote for your favourites. Local artisan food producers will also be showcased.  

Florian is conveniently close to all sorts of gourmet offerings. You will never be short on options for amazing food and wine including the cosmopolitan Sturt Street café precinct.
